Triband is all about creating silly video games and making people laugh. We are a studio with three games and 45+ people working in our fantastic offices in central Copenhagen. We’re now looking to boost our workplace capabilities as we continue along this exciting journey. 🍌🐴🎉🔥
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Triband’s Workplace Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day office management while also supporting the overall studio goals for how we ensure our company values are living, breathing things. You will often be one of the first people that new employees and guests see and interact with, so you will be a key person for Triband.
Your key responsibilities will be:

Ensuring that Triband provides a workplace that people thrive in:
Fostering a positive workplace vibe that prioritizes employee well-being
Taking the pulse of the company and work environment
Welcoming new employees and helping with the onboarding process
Maintaining a cozy work environment
Coordinating with production team leaders regarding office space planning and general infrastructure needs
Managing external service relationships (external cleaners, building maintenance providers, office & kitchen suppliers, and our external canteen/restaurant)
Social Activities & Events
At Triband, we love to socialize, celebrate and hygge. As Workplace Manager, you will be the main driver of all things social which will help shape and nurture our company culture.
This means you will:
Plan, organize, budget and execute internal events
Coordinate site visits for our partners and extend a friendly experience to guests
Help our marketing and community team with company PR
In addition to all this, there’s quite a bit of room to shape the position to make sure it fits you.
REQUIREMENTS
You have solid work experience in office/workplace management or similar roles and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
You are interested in video games, creative activities/hobbies, culture, etc.
You are structured and decisive, used to juggling multiple tasks at the same time
You have strong IT skills, having worked with MS Office/Google Workspace
You are fluent in Danish & English, written and verbal
Bonus points if you have experience managing social activities and events
You're ready to tell us where we're going wrong and how we can improve
PRACTICALITIES:
Permanent position (30 to 37 hour work week)
Our internal working language is English, but you will need to communicate with external Danish service providers in Danish.
The job is on-site at our office in downtown Copenhagen, Denmark. (We can’t help with relocation, sorry!)
