Senior Programmer for Live-Ops
We are looking for an experienced programmer to help develop our live comedy games across several platforms.
You've worked on several live games, are comfortable making architecture decisions that affect players, know your way around game systems, and can work with build systems to maintain release processes across several platforms.
If that’s you, then come help us make comedy games 🍌 🐴
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
A bit of everything! As a Senior Programmer, you will work across our live games to help maintain everything from release pipelines to in-game systems. You will be part of a small live-ops team, working closely with other programmers, designers, QA testers, and artists.
We work in Unity and everyone on the team works in the editor and is very hands-on. Everyone is part of defining and prioritizing their tasks. The job involves silly physics, bad jokes, stupid ideas, failed prototypes, and lots of laughs.

WHAT THE TRIBAND?
We make people laugh! To do so, we focus on exploring comedy through gameplay. We like breaking player expectations, wonderous music, slick art, and a quirky atmosphere. We experiment a lot and it doesn’t always work out, but we always learn something.
We are currently ~37 people of 11 different nationalities. We put people first and strive to create a safe and creative working environment. We believe that teams, not individuals, make games - and we believe diversity makes for better teams. For these reasons, we look for people, who make the team better, bring new perspectives, and will challenge us and our way of doing things!
